Almonds are a great snack, to munch on at home, take to your work place, even for kids, mix in some dried raisins and apricots, they will love it!

Research has shown that 90 percent of the fats in almonds are unsaturated, and the nuts are high in protein, fiber, calcium, magnesium, potassium, vitamin E, and other antioxidants. Almonds contain the most nutrients in comparison to all other nuts.
