A little about me:

My name is Reem, and I am the publisher of OliveLifestyle. I am from Mediterranean descent, a mother of four, 2 grown ups and 2 teen agers. I newly moved to Montreal,Canada, where I live with my husband.

In this blog there will be a lot of my own experiences that I will be sharing with you…I realized that the diet I have lived on is the main reason I look and feel younger than what I actually am. And another thing I realized too, it is not where you live, it’s how you choose to live!
