Cinnamon and honey: The power combo!

As I said before, I am a firm believer in home remedies. Got that from my mom; she even had her gallstone removed the natural way, assisted by a professional in Chinese medicine! It took her all night, but at the end it was successful. One of the main reasons she did this is that she is scared from anesthesia and its side effects. How many of you have phobias regarding medicine, right? Just thinking of waiting for hours in a clinic makes me want to change my mind!

Today I am going to share with you a drink that my husband began taking for the pain in his arm. He tried sprays, cremes, medication, nothing worked.

So I suggested he takes what my mother has been taking for a few months to cure her arthritis: one cup of warm water with a spoon of cinnamon powder and two spoons of honey. Yes that’s right, the combination of cinnamon and honey does wonders:

Cinnamon and Honey

-Arthritis: if taken regularly, even chronic arthritis can be cured.

-Bladder infection: it destroys the germs in the bladder.

-Cholesterol: it reduces your cholesterol levels.

-Heart disease: honey and cinnamon revitalize the arteries and veins, and saves you from heart attacks.

-Stomach ache: clears stomach ulcers from the root.

-Immune system: strengthens the immune system and protects the body from bacteria and viral attacks.

-Longevity: taken regularly, it arrests the ravages of old age.

-Weight loss: taken morning and evening, it reduces the weight of even the most obese person! And it doesn’t allow the fat to accumulate in the body.

This combination helps as well in fighting fatigue, bad breath, skin infections, toothaches, colds and flu.

My mother swears by it, and my husband already feels better. Not wanting to be left out, I too began 3 days ago!

So every morning on an empty stomach: 1 cup warm water, 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder, 2 teaspoons honey.

Do you have any home remedies you would like to share with us?
